Our "SWING MAKEOVER SERIES" and five video dvd series for slowpitch is world famous. We can achieve explosive slowpitch hitting by: Emphasizing the use of the hips explosively turning open, to drive the hands forward and in an arc AS we simultaneously torque the wrists against one another, driving the ball with the bat head. The hips and wrists work in sync and since the swing is over in a fraction of a second, it is key that we torque the wrists from the start so the bat head does not drop.
The other key element is adjusting the body angle, so the straight line swing is level to slightly up.
We can place ourselves in the box so prefered pitches for gap placement are more available, and we can swing exposively and keep timing consistent. To achieve the desired hit, we simply aim at top or bottom third of the ball to create top spin or underspin.
