This is one of the best tools we have developed. It allows an athlete the ability to take a full swing thru impact to almost full extension. It allows a hitter to use lead arm drills to learn how hips and body rotation lead the lead arm pullsnap and guide of the entire swing on a proper plane with an axe style snap...
It has 2 clips and a 10 foot nylon shock cord which stretches to 15', allows a hitter to set the proper hand path to the level of the ball area you wish to attach...The hitter starts with hands back and can use hip and body rotation, to pullsnap the hands towards the ball using arm extension driven off the rotational power of the hips....Hitter can get on the proper plane of hands to the point of impact by simply changing the rope angle to the point of contact angle...or where the ball drops between our thighs and chest...The rope keeps the pullsnap A to B instead of on a golfing loop...Hundreds of reps can be done anywhere, building lower body and core strength.
Can be set up anywhere, indoors and out. Especially good for developing muscle memory for a proper swing, and also used as a warmup between games. * patent pending.
